Put drilling fluid materials (betonies, barite powder) and some
chemical additives (polymer) into circulation tank to increase
total drilling fluid preparation and change drilling fluid density,
viscosity, dehydration and so on. Direct inputting will cause a lot
of settlement or agglomerate of drilling fluid materials and
chemical additives with no gain of dispersed and well-proportioned
drilling fluid. The mud mixer is a piece of equipment used together with solids
control system together. It can meet the requirements of drilling
fluid weighting and mixing for solids control system of 1,500 m to
7,000 m drilling. This equipment is a single jet mixer combined
with 45 Kw (or 55 Kw) sand pump and a jet mud hopper or a double
jet mixer of two pumps and two hoppers. It features as safe
performance and convenient transportation. Increase the shearing force of liquid in piping Improve the dispersion
effect. Promote the liquid squeeze head to mix it in the circulation tanks.
